Eager to deepen my expertise, I pursued a Master's in Education with a concentration in e-learning from the University of Ottawa. This academic journey equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of educational theories and learning technologies. Always having a passion for integrating education with the digital world, I decided to further my skills by earning an instructional design diploma and gaining practical experience in curriculum development, multimedia integration, and learning management systems. 

Passionate about community empowerment and social impact, I ventured into the non-profit sector, working with settlement agencies to facilitate the successful integration of newcomers into their communities. I found immense fulfillment witnessing the impact of education and training on individuals seeking to build new lives, acquire new skills, and unlock their potential.

As an instructional designer, I merge my extensive background in immigration consulting, legal teaching, and community building with cutting-edge e-learning methodologies. My approach centres on designing learner-centric content that captivates, motivates, and empowers individuals.
